Growing out! Growing Up!

I have been training two days a week on a mixture of light weights and high reps and heavy weights to increase my muscle strength.

I have finally a muscle mass I feel comfortable with, the problem is I am only 5” 6, are there any exercises I can do to increase my height.

your height? if only there was....
Posture is the only way forward...and if that fails, shoes will a small heel! (if your a bloke)
 
im that height too roughly. remember there are advantages to being short just as there is tall though i guess this wont comfort you. i used to think i was too short but with my physique its definately better. id rather this than look lankie.
 
I had heard that rowing at about age 13 would give you a couple of extra inches but supposedly your an adult and what I heard was probably a myth anyway so no.

Its a good height for being a power lifter though as you can get in a lower category as you don't have as big a frame, hence lighter for amount of muscle. Its also harder to be knocked over.

You could stretch yourself on the rack.....
