I've been lifting for almost two years now with some pretty good results, but I'm just interested in what other people would say about my diet. I'm always looking to improve things or make changes if I can benefit from it. So here is a list of things that I usually eat. I usually eat every 3 to 5 hours, and I have no meal scheduale. Which basically means I don't necesserally eat breakfast foods in the morning. I'll eat them throughout the day as well, or vise versa. But anyway here it is....
-4 egg white omelette (one yolk) 1 or 2 a day
-Golden Plump frozen chicken breasts (1 or 2 a day)
- Crystal Farms English Muffen w/peanut butter (1 or 2 a day)
- 4 slices Deli Turkey (99% fat free) on Cub Whole Grain Bread, with a small amount of Miracle Whip Light (1 or 2 a day)
-Yoplait light Strawberry yogert
-Cheerios w/skim milk
-Red seedless grapes
-Baby carrots
-Banannas
-Nutri Grain Bars (when there on sale)
-Footlong Subway Club, or Roasted Chicken Sandwich. (no cheese) small amount of mayo and oil
-Cambells chicken noodle soup (no brough)
