A new member wishing to say hello to all the other forum members!

I'm a young chap that is very enthusiastic about fitness and health. I enjoy both muscle training and endurance sporting such as running and cross-country skiing. I joined this forum to become a part of a fitness community, a thing that I'm looking very much forward to! I hope to be able to share as much of my own experiences as I will learn from yours!
