Greetings

Hello to all here, this is a great forum with some obviously very knowledgeable people amongst it's forum members.

I'm a 44yr old 5' 7" male (who doesn't own any scales) I'm not grossly obese (at least I hope not) but have plenty of flabby bits & a 33/34" waist (on a good day) which bearing in mind my lack of height is not a good look.
Exercise if you'll pardon the turn of phrase, has long been an 'exercise' in frustration/futility for me & just an ordeal overall, suffice to say I don't do any of it these days.
I've been to numerous Gyms, classes & groups over the years and have detested every single one of them with a passion, solitary exercise/workouts are most probably the only option for me.
You name it, I've tried it (exercise I mean!).. no regime has lasted more than a couple of months & I have more bits of rusted defunct equipment than I know what to do with.
I really would like to be more trim, & just generally have more energy.
The only exercise I can say that I actually enjoyed & felt was doing me some good (felt absolutely exhausted after each session) was a using a rowing machine during my last ill advised & short lived Gym membership.

Thanks for listening, any comments/advice would be most welcome.
