Greetings

I am Male. Im 24(in a few days I will be). Just finished college with a B.A. in Political Science. I am a US Marine. By August I will be an Officer(2nd Lieutenant). I love fitness, I love to stay fit. I have not been eating as healthy as I should. In the Marines, we put alot of emphasis on fitness, Im about to be commisioned an Officer, so I need to become even more fit and lead by example. I want it all. I want fast running, I want greater strength, and I want muscle endurance. As a Platoon Commander, I will often lead PT in the morning for my Marines. My favorite workouts to do are crossfit, but every now and than i'll lift and lift heavy. I like to run also. I would like to improve as a swimmer. Anyways, Wanna know more..Just ask..
