I started so many attempts to lose weight it was silly before my 2007 project... I got so that I didnt believe that I could possibly do it and let what could have been a minor "getting off track" signal the end of the project... I think that a key thing is to forgive yourself if you eat badly and not beat yourself up... Just determine to get back on track as near as you could manage... Keep trying if/when you fail. Class it as normal.
