Hi there, just a little info on me. I have always had trouble with weight, I am a very active person but just can't seem to drop the weight. I tried WW before, just for a few weeks without any weight loss. I was frustrated as a co-worker of mine who does not work out at all was losing weight. Well to make a long story short I am back at it again. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks
 
It IS so frustrating be active and not have weight budge! Do you bicycle often, solobiker? I cycle at least an hour, five times a day- and I think my body has gotten so used to it that I am not getting any weight loss benifits. Perhaps you can try something like I am- mixing up your routine- or kick up the intensity and pay attention to food. I am trying to eat lower GI index foods. In the summer, I ran (or waddle/jogged :) for 20 min a day and that seemed to really make a difference!
