Hello, I am a teenager named Michael. Just a little bit about myself...last year I was about 185 lbs. and extremely unsatisfied with myself, so it was then when I took a course of action and discovered a fun way to lose weight known as Dance Dance Revolution. I did this for an hour a day and the weight shed right off. One year later, I am now 145 lbs. Around August I weighed 5 more lbs, but lost that through 40 minutes on a stationary bicycle on a daily basis. So, I suppose that sums it up.
 
You know, i've been wanting to try that DDR..it really works huh??
