Greetings to All.

Hello Everyone.

I have been checking out this site for a week or so, and I really like what i see, so i thought i should get involved.

I am a 6' 194 lb white 21yo male with 24% or so body fat. I have come along way from my 275lbs in my senoir year of high school and my freshman year of college. i am now finishing up my senoir year of college, and am getting back into the swing of things with my workouts.

I noticed that I had put on a few pounds (i was down to 180) up to 188. I broke down and bought a personal trainer, which is one of the best decisions I have made in terms of fitness. At first I was concerned that i am up to 194 lbs, but the clothes are actually looser, and i am hoping the weight it coming from muscle, as I am lifting quite heavily, at least for me.

I have a lot of questions and would appreciate all and any input from other health enthusiats. Talk to you soon!
