Hi folks,

I'm in my 3rd week of a very cool program called 8 Week Challenge. It's not a diet but a way of life and thus far I have dropped from 255lbs to 245lbs in 15 days, primarily through a change in diet. I will start working out this week. An old friend of mine co-founded the program and she has shared some truly amazing stories with me, including helping a gentlemen whom was insulin dependent for 18 years get off in 56 days...crazy.

Anyways, not trying to promote but everyone should have a look....

220 here I come!!
 
You will find its easy to drop vast amounts in the first couple of weeks, stuck with it as that tapers off
