Hi Everyone,
It's great to be part of such a dynamic forum, some of the posts are really useful and refreshing.
My name is Phil Carrick and I live in the United Kingdom. Whilst I am only 180cm's I weighed 17 stone in January (it must have been a very good Christmas eh!). I stumbled across '(a weight loss program)' that brings weight loss to the next level. Whilst the product states 'lose 9lbs in 11 days', I have acutally lost ONLY 8! Still a great achievement though and really looking forward to my holiday in March now, without having to wear those over-grown XXL T Shirts! I hope you don't mind me posting the link (actually we do) but I have tried many weight loss programs, and yes whilst some have worked, I needed to lose weight and gain confidence before my holiday!
I Hope I can share experiences with people and look forward to a successful 2011.
