Hey all!! I'm glad that I found this site. I'm 27 yrs old. I'm 6'4, and weigh 285 lb. When I graduated high school I weighed 225 lbs. I ran across some pics the other day, and decided it was time to turn myself back into the physically fit person I once was. I have been on a weight roller coaster for the past few years, and decided it was time to make some permanent changes. I've tried alot of different methods trying to lose the weight, much with little or no success. So, here I am, looking for some wisdom from some of the pros here. Looking forward to meeting you guys!!

Btw, gratz on your 15 lbs lost thus far! And you have the right thinking. Its really a life style change and not a "quick fix" has many people percieve it. (because, i believe the statistic was, that 85% of the people that was on a diet, and got off diet, regained back all the weight within 2 years. however, i could be wrong)
