Hello everyone, my name is Eoghan, I am 21 years old from Ireland

I joined this forum for support and information about weight loss, and to make some new friends
I currently weigh about 250 (last I checked!) I am 6"1 and would like to lose about 30 pounds in the coming year, any more would be fantastic
Need a confidence boost and a new lease on life as I feel the weight is holding me back, I'm sure we've all been there
