Greetings from Brooklyn!

Hello All, my name is Sam, 25 year old living in Brooklyn. In high school I played basketball, even so I was always heavy, in college (especially after I turned 21.......) I blew up reaching about 250 at the end. Luckily I realized that if I was ever going to change I would need to start right away. Now a little over 3 years later I have been able to maintain a much more pleasant 175-182 range for about a year. I eat well, no fast food, very little in the way of candy/red meat/white flour, do a ton of cardio, primarily running on the treadmill 5 days a week 4 miles in 1/2 hour + a few days of lifting. I am at the point where I would like to start seriously sculpting (if thats the correct word) my body, in particular my upper body and want to make sure I am doing it correctly/efficiently. Basically here to solicit advice and perhaps meet a few people trying to change their lives in a positive manner despite all the craziness this world has to offer.
