Greetings from a Fitness Wreck

Hello,

Just thought I'd introduce myself. My name is George, and I'm an overweight person (anyone got a link for Overweight Persons Anonymous? :D)

Anyway, I'm 22, 179cm tall and weigh about 95kg, most of which is fat. Combined with smoking and occasional heart pains, I feel it's time for me to get serious about my health. I look forward to becoming an active member of the community - I definitely need all fitness-related help and information I can get my hands on (I even made a diet-related website to further inspire me to achieve weight loss successes!). While researching information for my website, I learned a few things about diets and weight loss, but I'm sure there's always more to learn!

Hopefully, as time goes by and as I integrate myself with the community, I will be in a position to report some decent weight loss achievements!
