I found this forum while looking for weight loss forums. Just want to tell everyone to stick to your goals and don't give up. As long as you stick with the program by incorporating it into your normal routine, then you can achieve it. I started off by changing my eating habits, and the pounds started coming off a little. Then later on I started exercising, and I really shedding the chunk and toned up too.
Stay focused, don't give up. When it gets hard, it just means that you're winning the battle.
