Just want to introduce myself here. My name is Bigreen and I am a motivated fat guy. I have recently realised I desperately need to loose weight. So here we are. I am thinking of going swimming about 5 times a week. I used to do this about 4-5 years ago and I lost 80 lbs doing that. When I stopped swimming I gained all my weight back and then some. So hopefully this is a lifestyle change where I can loose and keep off my weight.

OH man, hearing that reminds me of those old sat. night live shows w/ chris farley..."I'm a motivational speaker" *pulls pants up* You see those?? I hope so or I'll sound crazy, lol.

Anyways....I'm totally w/ you! A lifestyle change is the only way to go! If only I can trust myself w/ it , lol (i'm doing 1200 cal)
