Greetings one and all, I'm New here.
Currently Last year I was 400 Pounds, now I am around 276-280
Its a big change =) but Weight loss has gotten harder since my recent size change, Im progressing fine, but when ti comes to weighing myself, I can't really tell what scale to believe, I have a doctors scale in my school's weight room, and it gave me a reading of 276 I also tested the scales accuracy (ack spelling ><) by putting a 20 pound weight on it, and it roughly gave a accurate reading (around 20.5 or so)
But I weigh myself with my electronic scale at home and it says im 280 = /
Despite this weight thing isn't freaking me out, I just want an accurate weight reading!
So I'm asking you peoples =) What is more accurate a Doctors Scale or an electronic one?
Thanks to all who could help!
