I just wanted to let everyone know how great I feel for completing all of my workouts this week. Hopefully it might provide some encouragement for someone here. I just finished my workout for today and made it through my 4th straight week without missing one. I am making progress and it feels really good. I feel so much better than I did just a couple of weeks ago. I am so glad I took the step to get started. Anyway, hope all of you are doing well.
