Great running in the morning

Hi,

just wanted you to know that I tried some running in the morning. For the next couple of weeks my shifts differ very much from day to day, as I am on an ambulance as paramedic for the next weeks. Today I had a 8to6 and I know after 10hours on my ambulance I'm not in the mood anymore to do some running or a workout. I got up today at 5am, went to the park and did my daily running - app. 6 1/2 miles. It's not easy to get up that early, but believe me it's great, great air in the morning in the park and I felt really good all over the day. Tomorrow I've a day off, but I'll go for an early running again. I think I'll even keep it when my ambulance turn is over and when I'm working as a firemen. Good thing is that our shifts when beeing at the fire dept do start at 12:30pm :)
