Great news!

Today was my completion of my first week on Opti-fast and I am already down 6 lbs! I have 94 to go, but I'm very excited and very motivated. I talked with a fitness expert today and a behaviorist and both think I am on track. I work 1-9:30 tomorrow, so I will be waking up early to walk/jog for about 30-45 minutes before work and also plan for the day. I feel really good about it all this time. I am so glad I found this forum because sometimes when I get bored at night, I want to snack and this helps keep my mind off of it. It's also very motivational to read about other people's success. Thanks for all the support!

welcome to the forum, I'm sure you'll find all kinds of inspiring people here!! you could start by opening a diary, we use those to keep track of what we eat, excersize, ect and just to chat w/ our friends!
