Today was my completion of my first week on Opti-fast and I am already down 6 lbs! I have 94 to go, but I'm very excited and very motivated. I talked with a fitness expert today and a behaviorist and both think I am on track. I work 1-9:30 tomorrow, so I will be waking up early to walk/jog for about 30-45 minutes before work and also plan for the day. I feel really good about it all this time. I am so glad I found this forum because sometimes when I get bored at night, I want to snack and this helps keep my mind off of it. It's also very motivational to read about other people's success.
