Great Forearm workout

I had a quick look at it the other day Tom, only thing im thinking is that im fairly happy with my forearms and how theyre progressing. And they get a lot of work anyway!

Bet it would be a killer tho ;)

I just dont have time for forearms workouts! Id rather concentrate on larger areas :D
 
Maybe, but i did it at the end of a workout in which i did weighted dips, dumbbell bench press, pullups and rear delt raises so its not like you have to devote a whole workout to it.
