I was just wondering if the chewy granola bars are okay to eat as a meal or whatever or a snack in between breakfast n lunch or lunch n dinner. Is 10g of sugar a lot?? I mean i know sugar turns into fat but now correct me if i am wrong it wont turn into fat unless u work it off right so if u work out before or after you eat all that sugar it shouldnt turn into fat right??? What is the max. Amount of grams of sugar should i eat in a meal type thing.
Also in the morning i eat cereal with my oatmeal and i got a box of honey grahmns cuz i havnt had them in a long time and in a cup of them it has 10g of sugar is that a lot for that i mean i would only have a half cup of oatmeal and a half cup of cereal for breakfast so it would only be 5g in the cereal. Tell me what you all think please.

Crap i forgot to ask at Red Lobster that is where i ate tonight AND I USUALLY eat the biscuts but i said no to them and the crab stuffed mushrooms i said no even though i wanted them. But i had a ceaser salad, baked potato, and the lobster chops. Its skewerd grilled lobster tail and scallops on a bed of wild rice. here i'll give you the site and if anyone could range a calorie amount my meal was please?? Because im not good with that stuff. All i know is the baked potato was 179 calories for the whole thing but i didnt eat the skin *because they salt it and it tastes wierd and i didnt eat some of the inside stuff* .......But here is the website to what i got It is under Lobster and Crab...Its called LobsterChops and their is a picture kinda above it.. Please help me out
