Hey everyone... I'm 21 years old... my heaviest weight is 345lbs, and I'm currently 310-308lbs right now...I used to powerlift, so you could call me an avid weightlifter... my short term goal was 305 which I'm a few pounds away from... I have a hand written journal that I write in daily, I write what I eat, what I do in the gym ect....
I guess I'll start off with today, and go from there.. I've been doing my hand written journal for about a week now... I'll be writing down everything I put in my hand written journal on here... so here it is

breakfast: 2 breakfast bars + milk
lunch: 6" sub + milk + 1/2 orange + 1/2 banana
dinner: 6" sub + milk + 1/2 orange + 1/2 banana
snack: 2 fat free jello puddings + cup of milk
machinepress: 3 sets of 12
machinerows: 3 sets of 12
machinetriceps: 3 sets of 12
machinebiceps: 3 sets of 12
machinequadriceps: 3 sets of 12
machinecalves: 3 sets of 20
machineabs: 3 sets of 20
machinehamcurls: 3 sets of 12

treadmill: 3.0mph 30minutes
my short term goal as of now is 305
my mid term goal is 275
and my long term goal is 225
not expecting anything less than 225 because of my powerlifting frame
