1. Answer these questions before starting your diary.

-- How much weight do you want to lose?
My original number was 150 pounds, I started in november and as of today have lost 64 pounds, hoping to lose another 89

-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight?
until nov 2009

-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?
I'm on herbal magic, taking herbs and eating consciously. Its a great program for me, I still get to eat the foods i want, just in certain portions. And the support is unreal. I also recently went back to being a vegetarian.

-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?
Obviously herbal magic helps alot, but my family / boyfriend are very suportive.

-- How realistic is your goal?
I am afraid not. I will lose it all in one year.

-- When will you start?
I did! Nov 1 2008. Just gotta keep going!

I've been in a slump lately, last week was the first week since I started that I didn't lose any weight. I gained 1.5 and then lost exactly that and broke even. this week I have gone down from 272.2 YESTERDAY to 269.2 today! It was a great drop beause I had a good weekend and Monday, Tuesday weren't bad. But today was kind of brutal. :nopity:

Of course, I swore up and down to myself that this week I would be back on track. But my cravings for crap are worse then when I started.
I really want to lose another 25ish pounds by May. That will put me at almost 100 pounds for the start of summer. And I camp alot in the summer time, and I want to be able to really enojoy it this time. We go way out in remote places, and it would be nice to hike again. Canoe even.
Grrrr.

So thats why I am here, a push in the right direction.

so tomorrow is another day, and I vow to drink lots of water, eat all my vegtables, and stay away from the vending machiene at work! :gnorsi:

Cross your fingers for me, I will need it.
 
so no change in my weight today. I will gladly take staying the same over a gain.

but tomorrow is my weeek weigh in and I want to see a drop. even a small one. So far today I have eaten cheese on bread and ICE CREAM, before 1pm can you believe that? Both foods are perfectly legal for me, but it also means I need to get my butt in gear for the rest of the day and take some veggies to work.

It should be easier for me to eat well while I'm working but its much harder, I get tired and stressed out and we have a vending machiene. I got some iron today thought, maybe that will help with my energy level. I haven been eating any meat for a few months now and I'm sure I havent sufficently replaced it.

I also need to drink alot of water, flush out my system again.

Ahhh... Those cursed vending machines.... Evil incarnate I tell you...

Something that works for me... I have my own office so its easy enough... Buy a bag of apples and let them sit on your desk... When you get that craving... there is a quick natural sugar source that is low in calories and has fiber etc right at your finger tips...
 
I had my own office too, but I quit my job today! So no more worries about the evil vending machienes!



I got my pound!:hurray:
