Hi everyone!

I just had to join the forum this morning, I woke up in the most amount of pain from hitting the gym yesterday for the first time since August. I'm 20, always been chubby & decided to make a change last may. I lost 2 stones in about a month and a half, was at the gym 5days a week and eating what I wanted but within reason and counted alot of calories. My hard efforts were wasted when i put it all back on over the past 6 months :angelsad2: .... obviously i know why it happened and thats why I'm back this time to do it properly, once I got a boyfriend I stopped bothering, got trapped in his sedentary lifestyle and his diet of fast food.
Basically I miss the body I got from the gym and watching the food that goes inside my mouth, I'm craving for that C.U.R.V.Y. body I had.
I'll get there soon, 35 kg to go!!!

This is a great place to be. Sounds like you are ready to do this. 35kg (77lbs :patriot:) hopefully won't be too hard to lose. My original goal was 22kg and I'm down about 12kgs, and it took me a few months.

Anyway, read around, you'll learn alot.

I have to lose 124.4 pounds to be 160, which is my desired goal...

I am sure you can meet your goal ...

keep trecking ... Before you know it. It won't hurt to walk what you have walked... eventually it will have to be increased...

Good luck in your weight loss goals. For some reason when you plop into a relationship you always lose focus of your health goals and you fade away from the gym. That's not always true though.

Just stay focused and dedicated. I just joined this forum today and it seems like a helpful place to learn a thing or two about weight loss. Exercise, exercise and exercise baby!
