Hey you guys I know you have seen me around here posting some crazy things here in the forum that aren't healthy or they are dangerous. I was going thru depression with my weight loss. Now that I have joined LA Fitness and hired a personal trainer I feel much better about my weight loss. I have been doing cardio and strength training for the past week now and my whole body aches. This is a painful good feeling if you know what I mean. It means progress and now that I can go to the gym with a family member its much motivation for me. I just thought that it would be good to share.
Also I can eat whatever I want as long as its not fast food but I have to eat it really small thru out the day 5 times a day. And if I do eat a Big Mac I would have to run the tread for 1hr 30mins. Anyways hope you all are having fun with the weight loss. And btw it is better to get a gym membership it may be a little expensive but they help you out with the money and your body. Take care all!
