Ok here we go,

Coming up to Christmas, thought it was time to start a diet.

So about 8 years ago I started my first diet, I went from 264 pounds to 185 pounds. It was a great achievement, two years later, I was back to where I started. Since then I have started many diets to lose weight. And it has been frustrating because after a couple of weeks I have given up.

Well today I weighed myself, and I am 303 pounds, I think this is the first time I have seen number 3 at the start, and I don't want to see that again, in fact I would like get rid of the 2 as well. So today I start, and hopefully by Christmas 2009, I will be significantly on track towards my goal.

I hope checking in weekly to this website will help. The plan for this week is just stop snacking between meal times. So let's see.

ok so it has been a week, and I did what I said no snacks.

To be fair, it didn't really feel like I was dieting because I felt like I was eating pretty large meals. Though there were certainly times in the day where I knew I would have snacked on something, just because.

So the good news, I lost 3 pounds

Starting weight 303
current weight 300.

So I think I will continue slowly, no snacks this week again, and maybe the week after that I will think about exercise.
