The title says it all...

You know about the only thing I felt good wearing for a long time time is sweats. No need to fight that dam zipper that wouldn't close as I put more weight on. Now I am going down, to think 5 months ago I was a 46 waist and could hardly breath when putting a pair of socks on, gees I feel so very dumb for letting myself get to that. Anyway, here I will try to write my daily log, hopefully it will be personal so you can feel what I am feeling, maybe it will help reach your goal, if not, it will surely tell you what I am doing everyday. So to begin I wish all you that read this, the best in your quest to that happy place where you can feel good about your self, because all of us deserve at least that much.

You know I should of really went to bed earlier last night, but them good old movies are so hard to turn off. I didn't get to sleep until 2'ish, after "Breakfast at Tiffany's" started, boy do I enjoy that movie. 5:30AM the alarm went off, it took me 3 wackes at snooze button to finally roll out of bed. Thank goodness they still have that thing, (snooze). I forgot to get water yesterday, so I had to down a half a glass of that city water, the Charles River special, yuk. I took my vitamins and my dietary supplement. The dietary supplement is a all natural supplement that my sister gave me. I don't even know if it helps, but my sister had been taking it for about 7 months and lost 60 pounds and still is keeping the weight of for over a year now. First, let me say she never exercise, but having 9 kids, I think she get enough exercise just keeping a eye on all her children. also she a doctor, so I guess her being my sister to, makes it ok to follow her example, plus she sent me a case of it, so why not use it!

Finally out the door at 6:08AM, it was raining, so walking was not going to cut it today, so I ran instead. 7.7 miles in 54 minutes. I came in weighting 30 pounds heavier as I was soaked from head to toe. I bought a tread-mill when I started this in August, but after 5 or 6 times trying to get use to it, I gave it to my sister, who gave it to my mother, who gave it to the Salvation Army. So I guess no one in my family likes the tread-mill. For myself I think it's because I like to actually feel like I am going some where when I am running or walking.

On returning home, I had 24 oz's of water I bought at the store. I made a bowl of oatmeal with half an apple blended up. I use 2 scoops of oatmeal 1/2 cup of water, mix the apple up into the oatmeal then pop into the microwave, hit the popcorn button and wait till it beeps. I cook everything with the popcorn button because I really don't know how to use my microwave for cooking, other than defrost and popcorn buttons, the other stuff is just to technical for my liking.

I only go to the office one day a week, so I mostly stay at home in slippers and do my work. Today was a typical day, drawing in the morning and a meeting with the contractors. For lunch I made a Caesar salad, with just Romanian Lettuces and one nice size tomato and 4 tablespoons of truly fat free dressing. Also drank one full glass a water before eating and had another one while I ate.

The afternoon I more work ended at 3:00PM. At 4:15PM, I did my afternoon run, 3 miles running, 2 miles walking. For dinner I had 4 oz's of chicken and 2 oz's of pasta served with another blended tomato with fresh crushed pepper.

Jan 10, 2007, was my last weight check, 243 lbs, next check Feb 10, 2007. I have lost 118 lbs since Aug 15, 2006.

I have some friends over now so I will end this here, I hope you all had a good day, take care.
