Goodbye Fat, goodbye boobs : vent alert

a farewell to fat i gladly give, but im mourning the loss my my two best girls (as i would have to squash them together now to even equal what one alone used to be.) From round DDD/F to sad little C's (almost Bs really) Has anyone else had this problem???
...you always see the adds of people who supposedly lost weight rapidly and got all lean and toned...utter BS. No one warns you that dropping weight too fast causes all kinds of lose skin. I went from a size 17/18 this time last year, to a size 8/10 pant as of now. You would think I would rush out and buy some slinky short dress to show it off....
you would be wrong. I feel like an old hag...im 30 and i feel about 60. I have lose wobbly skin everywhere. I look like i deflated. Especially my poor boobs, i loved my boobs they used to be my favorite body part...now just seeing them in a mirror is a total turn off....my boobs hang low and wobble to and fro......
Please tell me i can fix this? I cant just simply put the weight back on, originally didn't even mean to lose so much of it...i developed some odd food allergies and now i eat a very neolithic diet.
Meat, Fruits, Veggies and the only crabs i get are rice, corn and oats.
i have allergies to nightshades (tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, peppers...etc), Lamb, Pine Nuts, Soy, and now cant tolerate gluten. :nopity:
{im venting, you don't have to care.)

The same thing happened to me...
I was a busty B and now I'm barely an A. I also have loads of lose skin around my tummy. My hubby has mentioned if we won the lottery I could get some new boobs so in other words I better just deal with what I got!
I hear ya though - it totally sucks. I don't think I will ever be happy with myself naked so I just avoid getting naked now and never look in the mirror when I am. I won't even go on to talk about all the stretch marks...

I've gone from a G cup to a D cup so far. And I've got fistfuls of loose skin as well. My tummy especially looks horrible, but that's mostly from being a fairly petite person carrying almost full term twins. Darn kids are HARD on a gal's body!

Something that I am seeing results with though is wearing some form of bra 24/7 and wearing these stretchy shorts with extra tummy support under my clothes during the day and even some nights too if it's not too warm. Having that support there for my skin seems to be helping it to repair itself. But getting my skin back into shape is taking a LOT longer than what it took to lose the weight. I'm certain I'll still have tons of stretch marks, but I'm definately seeing quite a bit of tightening and shrinking going on!

I went from wearing a C cup to wearing a DD. I was really shocked because I thought they'd got bigger but the lady who fitted me for my bra said it was because I'd lost a little "tire" of fat from just under my boobs so I was just wearing the wrong size bra before apparently :/ No idea how that worked for years! Mine haven't shrunk at all yet, although I bet you've lost much more than I have!

Maybe work on toning? :/

Mine are shrinking but given that I went up to a G or something mad, I'm quite pleased to be heading back down to my DD before...and yes, they are droopy too...but to be honest, I think I am always going to yearn for the perky pre-daughter ones I had in my early 20s!! I would seriously consider a boob lift/reduction and a tummy tuck for the loose skin if I had the cash. Only after I had proved to myself that I could reach goal weight and stay there for a few years though.

I have to say that my tummy is getting a lot less flabby - I had an uneven flap of skin from pregnancy - a muffin top but uneven because of an appendix scar on one side and this has got noticeably better over the last few months when I thought it was never going to. I guess some of it must have been little rolls of fat rather than loose skin so I'm hopeful that this will continue.

However, I hear you girl!!! I think we are all going to have to come to terms with the fact that by being over weight we've done our bodies some damage and it may take years to repair.

Blame it on the Kids lol

I know they will never be as perky as they where pre-pregnancy, back then they where a really tight DD...if i could afford new boobs, those would be the ones i would resurrect. I found a minimizer bra adds good compression and at least makes them have the illusion of roundness.
Two kids probably did take their toll on them, it also inflated them..plus the normal baby fat we ladies put on.
I just never have as an adult seen my own ribs before...its really weird. I haven't been this skinny since i was 12, and yet the lose skin makes me feel so old.
I will try the compression idea, and look for sleep bras. Started doing more toning exercises and added a few more poses to my daily yoga.
I live in the city without a car, so daily walking is a must. anything i can to look my age and not twice it...and i lost about 75lbs.
Thanx for the stories and listening to be b*tch.

The opposite has happened to me.
I kinda feel like a shelving unit is forming on my chest.
My boobs obviously haven't gotten bigger, but they definitely haven't gotten smaller, and most of the rest of me has.
I read somewhere that younger women (I'm 21) have a lower percentage of fat in their breasts, which could explain it.

I hope you find effective ways to make the best of one of the pitfalls of dieting.
Congratulations on your weight loss!

I'm in the minority here -- I love getting rid of some boobage. I used to be a cute perky B, and I loved them so. The only thing I didn't like was that my stomach was bigger than my top, and I wasn't proportionate. Shirts fell off at the top and fit in the middle. That was frustrating. Now I'm a C and I can't wait to get back to a B, and hoping that the middle shrinks this time too. The reason I like them smaller is because bigger boobs meet gravity faster. I'd rather have them small and perky than huge and saggy.

Unfortunately, even though I've always been big, my boobs have never been bigger than a D and - although that can look big on some women - it doesn't look big on me cause I have a big tummy. Stupid shape!

At my smallest weight I went down to a small B (whilst still being a dress size 12! So I wasn't even skinny...). That's only a stone lighter than I am now so I guess I'll be back there soon. I would be happy with small boobs but because I've yo-yo dieted I doubt they'll ever be perky :(

I would seriously consider a boob job but my boyfriend thinks it's the worst idea in the world. I don't want to be ruled by a man but I do value his opinion.
