good workout

here's my work out routine

workout 1

flat bench

incline bench

flat dumbell flies

shoulder press

abs

workout 2

lat pull down

seated row

shrugs

overhead triceps press

tricep push downs

lying triceps press

workout 3

leg press

leg curl

calf raise

preacher curl

dumbell curl curl

I skip sqats because I hate my form and it's hard to correct
 
I'd put the curls on chest day. You should work on the squat. Probably put shoulder press on leg day. 45min workouts.
