Started working out a lot more with my friend at the community gym. Im 14, 5'11 and about 147. Right now I go to the gym 3 times a week with my friend and do what he does. Hes waaaay smaller though so idk if its really the best thing to do/:

Usually i do:
3 sets of 8 benching two 35 lbs
3 sets of 8 (idk what to call it but just like pulling my forarm up and down) of two 20 lbs
3 sets of 8 pushups
3 sets of 8 (again idk what to call it but I pull this string things my side to front) 10lbs increasing by 10 every set
3 sets of 12 "shoulder shrugs" 40 lbs
3 sets of 15 (its a machine thing that pretty much does sit ups but a bit harder)
Any ideas of what I can do to get stronger? Im also doing track next year, so my dad whos a triathlete but almost never goes to the gym will help me
