Good weight training and ab dvds

Ok, I asked this for yoga and now I'm asking for weight training...

What are some good weight training and/or ab workout dvds? I have some some weights and will get an exercise ball if needed. I would love to have one that includes squats and ab workouts. I'm not part of a gym at the moment and really need this to help me continue with exercising.

Great! I got Rodney Yee's power yoga which is great (even though I can't do half the moves). I also got yoga zone which was great cause it really describes the moves and how to do them.

AM/PM Yoga (Yee) is excellent for beginners - give it a go.

Lewis - Isn't there something where someone does things on a dvd? I think it would be nice to be able to see someone do squats and crunches so that you could see their form...

Your best bet of course is to find a certified instructor/trainer for the activities you want to pursue.

You can learn a bit for a video, but you can weight train along with it.
You need rest times and time to prepaire. doing it alone to a video would make you rush and that would be dangerous. That why there are none about.
Unless you wanna do girls arobics with 1KG pink plastic dumbells!!!

You can buy videos that you can learn from, but they are made for the 'average joe'. The best one out of all of them is the muscle and fiction dvds.
Sorry 'muscle and fitness'.

even they are rubbish cos they are pretty expensive for the set (I got them free and sold the whole set on ebay for 65pounds. I felt guilty but hey, what are you gonna do), and they only have 1 workout per muscle group which means your'll never be changing your exercises.

For the price of a good DVD set you could afford 2 or 3 sessions with a personal trainer.

Damn, that sucks...

That means that someone on here with good form should make a tape of themselves and then sell copies of it for a reasonable price ;)

I'm happy to do it if I had the stuff. But I wouldn't charge for it.

I belive the only way to get everyone to workout properly is to give information free.
