Good Training but Get Hungry..

Every morning I have a good training to reduce my weight but after long training I get very hungry that I have to get some snacks or foods. And at the end I could not reduce my weight. Anybody has the same experiences and how can I stop having all kinds of food after training ?

After training exercise, may I suggest some "low calories" veggies. For example, plain celery sticks, raw carrots, plain lettice, a small apple, etc. Yes. One can have these items in the morning. Do remember to keep food volume to a small snack size. Chase that down with a glass of clear water. To stop one's hunger (after this small snack), have some sugarless gum afterwards. Thus, giving the body what it wants (calories to replace what was burned off) but still keeping one's after exercise calories intake low.

This approach works for me. Especially after my 4 mile jogs.
