Monday: Upper body (i.e crunches, dumbbells, bench) and 30 mins of running.
Tuesday: Lowerbody **HELP** I have a knee problem and squating is hard for me... any good leg worouts that dont put to much stress on my knees? Also looking for glute workouts! ill also do running for 30 mins this day to
Wednesday: Upper body, running 30 mins
Thursday: Lower boy, running 30 mins
Friday: upper body, 30 mins running
Saturday: 15 mins running
Sunday: OFF
