For breakfast I had,
(6:40)
1/4 cup Irish Steel Cut oatmeal
light yoplait yogurt
2 tsp. maple syrup (on oatmeal) :)
8 almonds
= 330 calories

9:00
2 hard boiled egg whites
= 60 (total= 390)

1 glass of low fat milk
1 sunny side up
2 whole wheat bread (without butter or mayo) and
1 whole apple
