Hi, just some brief background info. 29 yo, 5'6". 2006 i was 96 kg and depressed, not able to differentiate between what i thot was a powerlifting diet & schedule and reality. when i went to college i started eating mostly junk (especially at night) , but exercised more as well. dropped to 68 kg by 2008. but now i am 63 kg. a bit of muscle. trying to get shredded but my old eating disorders come back to haunt me. it's not like i drink soda or junk, but sometimes i eat good food till i hurt. eating (& cooking) healthy, low-cal food has become a passion for me. it gives me balance.
