I tend not to follow meal plans that are created by someone else, i.e. Weight Watchers for those same reasons; they can be hard to follow. I just write out my daily menus for the week a week before. Breakfast is a smoothie or juice, lunch is a salad, and dinner is another veggie-filled meal with a protein and a fat or carb (but not carbs and fats together). As far as staying true to the plan when socializing or being at work, again the key is to plan ahead. Bring your healthy lunches and snacks to work. When you go out with friends, resolve to eat only one bad thing, if you forgot to being your own snacks. That helps me, it's okay to live a little after all. You don't have to be perfect. That doesn't mean you can eat all the junk you want when you're out though!
