I am in middle school soon to be in HS next year, does anyone have lunchtime meals that are very healthy. I plan on consuming around 2700 calories a day,i play sports almost every day, so is this enough, i have no hit my full growth spurt either, so let me know some good lunchtime meals and how much calories i should take in. I want to do four meals a day for my school year. breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinnner.thanks,plmk.
