As you all can see I am new. I have lost 40lbs in the last two years. I have gained about 6 back. I am in a war at this point. I am finding some things very helpful like tracking what I eat, weight watchers meeting, eating lean protein, watching the carbs, drinking smoothies for breakfast, not denying myself foods that I enjoy and not beating myself up when I get off track. Ok here we go.
