Good Diet, Bad Diet?

Heres my diet, obviously towards helping me promote gains in muscle mass on my body. I want to check however that this is sufficient to my muscle gaining aims, and that it is good enough to were fat doesn't build on me and keeps to a minimum, obviously so its easier for my muscle to show and to tone when I reach my desired size.

Opinions on my diet? is it correct, is it rubbish? if your unsure about some things in my diet post here and I will replay fairly quickly. Thx guys :D

7pm, add a complete protein souce. PB is an incomplete protein

Give me an example m8 of a food i could fit in there, thx :p, Also do ppl reckon it reaches my nutritional requirements I need each day?

i dont know all about combining proteins, but that would work if it makes a complete protein.

or you could wash the sandwich down with a glass of milk

I do use whole wheat bread, I may also have a drink of milk with it as PB is very dry. So no 1 has said whether it looks good my diet? is it? =]

With carbs and fats, well as i eat alot of bread and meat etc i assume i get enough, of them 2. What is your total catorie intake???

Because for athletes, here is kind of the standard percentage for carbs, fat, and protein based on your calories...

60%-70% of calories from Carbs
25%-20% of calories from Fat
15%-10% of calories from Protein

And about "whey protein"... this is right out of my nutrition book that I am using at college...

"Athletes and active people who want bigger muscles should know that why protein does not increase muscle mass. To bulid bigger muscles, they need to eat food with adequate energy and protein to support the weight-training work that does increase muscle mass. Those who still think they need more whey protein should pour a glass of milk; one cup provides 1.5 grams of whey."
