Id rather not put my name: makes me feel all weird, sorry about that.

Anyway, I just joined the forums. I've never been on any weight loss forum before so its very different.

My story: I'm a 5'4 20 year old girl from New York and from 2007-2008 I put on a fair amount of weight which I want to take off. I used to be in the 140's range and now I'm in the 160's. Even in the 140's, I still felt somewhat overweight. My goal weight is 130(even in the 120s would be good) and hopefully I can make this happen as soon as possible.

I don't know much about jean sizes, but I would hope that 120's or 130s is a 3...currently I'm a 9 sometimes an 11. I used to be a 7 & 9.
I'm going to try as much as I possibly can and see how fast I can get these pounds off. Ill keep updates within this thread if anyone is interested.

Remember that slow and steady wins the race -don't rush to get to your goal - you want permanent results that requires permanent lifestyle changes...

Focus on new habits and you will be where you want to be...
