Going to start working out, need advice!

Hi, I really want to start working out, toning up my body, etc. I'm willing to commit atleast 1 hr a day to this.

I'm 15 years old, and I play lots of golf. I weigh 130 lbs, 5"2, I'm average; not real fat, but enough to make me want to shape my body up. I believe I need to add flexibility into my workouts because of golf.

My dad has Power 90 videos (not P90X, just Power 90). Are these good workout videos? I don't want to waste my time if they suck.

Also, can somebody give me some good guides to setting up an appropriate workout schedule?

Lastly, I need a guide on nutrition while working out. I don't know what types of foods are the best to give me the most effective results. Also, I don't want to eat unhealthy while trying to lose weight.

Thanks :biggrinsanta:

If you are already thinking about doing p90x, just do p90x. Its a complete workout and nutrition plan so you wont have to do any guess work. It basically answers all your concerns and more. Everyone I know who has followed the plan as its layed out and works hard gets ripped, including myself so I can speak from first hand experience. Just follow the program and work hard.
