Hey all, so real quick, my specs heh.
I am 22, 5'11" bout 180-190 (somewhere in there) and while I am not obese, I know have been very slowly gaining weight since I graduated high school back in 2006.
As far as a work out goes, every night before bed I usually do some sit ups, push ups using my dumbells so I can go down farther, work out my chest with said dumbells, and some curls and other things just mainly working upper body, just so I am doing something.
I don't think this is cutting it anymore, I remember reading that you should start hitting losing weight harder if you lay down and your stomach goes over your ribcage, I am not there, but I do know if I keep up my ways, I will be.
When it comes to meals, I pretty much don't pay attention to be honest. I have heard so many suggestions of what to eat and such, and I have tried a diet before, but after awhile I just don't get full. I have a bowl of cereal and an apple in the morning, then I am hungry again in an hour an a half.
Anyways, just any generic tips would be extremely helpful. Thank you!
