Hey everyone,
Well, I joined the gym yesterday (Fitness First) and i'm really excited.
I've never been part of a gym before and all my training has mostly been outdoors using dumbells and other equipment with my PT. I'm going for the first time this afternoon and the best class on was Step. What can I expect from it? Is it really hard work? Or just a bit of fun? Thanks
