I am about to serve a 9 month jail term, I won't disclose what for, not just yet. It's a long story, I maintain my innocence, but hey I'm going to prison whatever the case.
My concern now is about bodybuilding, in UK prisons there is the facillity to still lift weights on a regular basis, but my nutrition will suffer:
3 meals a day, and I'll be lucky if I can get 40g of Protein best case scenario.
So... this is not good, I mean you hear about these guys who go to jail and come out shredded, and nine months is a long time. But can I expect to lose muscle on the low protein intake?
Anything I can do to avoid screwing up my progress?
Any advice welcomed.
