I am going to doof on the 10th till the 13th. Its a big psytrance festival out bush where you camp for several days
I ovyesly wont be near a gym and will be partying most the time but is there any suggestions of things i should do while i am there? I am going to put a fare bit of my protien powder in a old creatine and dextrose container to take with me. Anything i can do to just maintain my body and put it under a little bit of stress? I dance all night tho most the time and sleep during the day. I am talking like 8 hours of dancing here
so maybe just push ups and sit ups?
