Goal

At last. After much thought I've actually figured out what my goal is. Whenever people ask questions a typical response it "What are your goals?" and I've never had a great answer for that.

Until now. :)

Right now I am about 175lb with 20%BF. The physique I would like to attain is that of a boxer (without the boxing skills that go along with that). Ligher boxers always seem to be more cut than heavier boxers and that is the look I would like to get - the lighter boxers. So I started to think some more and I came up with this:
target = 165lbs, 10%BF

That means, roughly spekaing, I need to gain 10lb muscle and lose 20lb fat (if my calculations are correct).

I plan on keeping deads, db squats and presses in my routine but are there any other tips you can give?

Its good to finnally have a goal to work towards to. If I were you, since you are already at 20% body fat, start cutting down.
