Goal to be fit

Ok I started my workout regime yesterday havent gotten it all together yet looking for some pointers and yelling lol. Im currently 20yrs of age 6ft tall and weight in at 255lbs.
This is my meal plan for yesterday.
Monday July 30th 2007
10am wheat bread eggs
12pm Tuna Grapes crackers
2pm Tuna
4pm small snack Grapes
6pm Tuna Why Protein Shake
8pm Tuna

at 5pm when I got off from work I did some cardio.
After 8pm i started to get really hungry anyting i can do to prevent the hunger. my calorie intake per day is 3500.
Today this is my meal as follows
10am Canalope
12pm Wheat and Ham sandwhich 2 pieces of canalope
2pm Tuna
3pm snack of crackers
4pm Tuna
5pm Working out and whey protein shake afterwards
6pm Dinner no clue what im having yet havent prepared anything
8pm Tuna again.

Can someone criteque my Diet and Help me on some workouts. If been working out since january and i stay the same weight dont loose nor gain. its very irritating and some friends from the gym told me its because of what id been eating. I was eating very poorly Id eat maybe 1 maybe 2 times a day because I work 2 jobs and go to college full time. But its no excuse. So could someone point me in the right direction of a helpful workout regime?

I think you've worked out your calories incorrectly, to get 3,500 calories from crackers and Tuna would be one hell of an achievement.

You've got the right idea with your meal timings but I think you need a little variety in there. Do the Tuna meals just include Tuna or do you have things like salad or baked potato in there too?
