Goal Deadline is coming 1 month early, would like to drop 5lbs & gain muscle by then

:eek: I THOUGHT I HAD UNTIL MAY TO GET MY BOD IN TIP TOP SHAPE FOR VACATION!!! (start 141.5....as of last week 132.5) ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT MY BF AND I WON ANOTHER TRIP TO THE CARIBBEAN IN 2 WEEKS!!! PLEASE tell me how I can drop about 5lbs ..or more... before then while maintaining and gaining muscle!!!!!!!!
1st some background info as I am new to this site...
Beginning at Christmas I began doing a serious cardio routine almost everyday for an average of an hour a day. In Feb, I discovered I was going to the Bahamas w/ my BF in May so Idecided to get serious and begin working with a trainer 1x a week and continue with my cardio routine other days. I also began counting calories and keeping track of my ratio of protein/carbs/good fats.
(1200 cals with less than hour cardio or no time to workout, no more than 1400 on heavy training days..usually just add a protein shake after WO)
A week after I began training, I had lost 7lbs of fat, gained a lb of muscle and reduced my body fat by 4%
I quit drinking alcohol, quit drinking so many diet sodas & SF energy drinks and MAJORLY upped the H20
I am a Vegetarian AND have food allergies to Wheat & Gluten.....

I have already dropped down from a size 8 pant to a 4 and dress size in b/t 2-4.. also dropped down to S tops from M...
I am thrilled with my progress, but still am not happy about my bathing suit body. Biggest problem area is my lovehandle area on my lower back AS WELL AS my tummy. It is so funny because you could count every rib in my body and see my chest bones (also went from 36B to 34A bra size :( ) but when you get to my lower tummy, it pooches out a little when you look at me from the side...

Please give me some tips for how I can improve these areas even slightly in 2 weeks..
(also, I don't plan on indulging too much on this trip. There are so many things I can't eat, so the buffets, pizza, desserts are NOT an option...I actually plan on taking advantage of the running track and gym- to my BF's dissapointmnet..LOL...I may have a few drinks each day, but it is vacation ..I just won't be a lush like I used to be lol lol.. I plan on bringing a box of Gluten-Free Protein BArs called Think Thin for times when there aren't food options for me.. I would HATE to undo all the hard work I've been doing...this is a life change not a "just-for-vacation" change)
